Born in Basel, Switzerland, Samuel Christen began to play the violin at the age of 8. Later he was strongly interested in all kind of rock music. With 16 he began to play electric guitar. With his school friends, he founded then a band, where he sang, played guitar, sometimes bass, drums and violin and composed most of the songs. His band played some concerts, and it was a very good experience. Later on, their paths separated, he founded a family and his friends went to university. In the age of 25, he and his family settled to France in search of authenticity and freedom. He builds his own house and also a home studio because his passion for music never let him go. So here we are, one and a half year later with his first CD, which he made essentially all by himself. All the instruments are played, recorded and mixed in his home studio. He sings and all the songs are composed by him. He is a kind of DIY enthusiast, who likes to create his own little worlds with his songs and use for this some kind of fancy gear. His music is difficult to place in a specific genre but could fit probably in these; Indie Rock, Alternative, Psychedelic, Folk Rock, Ambient, Progressive Rock, Dream pop, Shoegaze and has also sometimes a bit of a darker gothic feel. He tries to explore the deeper meanings of the human soul. On Internet he has already some kind of little success, his music creations seem to appeal to many peoples. This creation of music is his passion, and he hopes for an interesting future.
On october 2021, he settles to Ceyrat, near Clermont-Ferrand, with his new partner.
